Hosting & Domain Terms and Conditions & Service Agreement

Welcome to the official Hosting & Domain Terms and Conditions. By accessing, purchasing, or utilizing any web hosting infrastructure, domain registration service, virtual private server (VPS), dedicated server, or email routing service provided by Hosting & Domain (Owned by Syed’s Group / Syed's Marketing), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these legal provisions. 1. General Hosting & Domain Terms and Conditions & Usage Policy

Under these official Hosting & Domain terms and conditions, Hosting & Domain reserves the absolute right to suspend, lock, drop, or permanently terminate access to any account, server instance, or registered domain without prior notice if a client violates any technical, ethical, or administrative guidelines outlined herein.

Prohibited Content and Restricted Materials

Religious & Political Material: In accordance with our Hosting & Domain terms and conditions, we strictly prohibit hosting, displaying, or distributing content that promotes religious bias, sectarianism, or political propaganda.
Unlawful & Copyrighted Content: Hosting unlicensed software, pirated material (Warez), torrents, or copyright-infringing content violates international law and our Hosting & Domain terms and conditions, resulting in immediate termination.
Adult & Obscene Material: Adult media, pornographic content, and adult chat platforms are strictly prohibited across all shared, VPS, and cloud servers.
Nulled Scripts & Exploitative Code: Executing nulled, backdoored, or unauthorized third-party plugins constitutes a critical security breach.

2. Strict Zero-Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy

Our Hosting & Domain terms and conditions enforce a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). In compliance with global anti-spam regulations established by Spamhaus Organizations, direct or indirect spamming is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities: Mail-bombing, header spoofing, forged routing headers, and sending messages to purchased mailing lists.
Immediate Termination: Accounts flagged for outbound spamming or abuse will be terminated without prior notice.
No Refunds: Violation of spam policies forfeits all prepaid service fees and accounts.

3. VPS, Cloud Infrastructure, & Mail Server Regulations

Clients utilizing VPS and high-volume mail servers must adhere to global delivery protocols as stated in these Hosting & Domain terms and conditions:

Zero IP / Domain Reputation Guarantee: While setup includes PTR, DKIM, and SPF, we provide no guarantee regarding IP reputation or inbox delivery rates.

4. Resource Allocation & Server Stability

To maintain our 99.9% uptime SLA, server resource consumption (CPU, RAM, I/O) is monitored continuous. Accounts causing performance degradation for neighboring clients will be suspended immediately under these Hosting & Domain terms and conditions.

5. Billing, Non-Refund Policy, & 1-Day Termination Protocol

All payments processed under these Hosting & Domain terms and conditions are non-refundable and final.

Non-Refundable Services: Hosting plans, VPS instances, SSL certificates, and domain registrations carry zero refund rights once paid.
Late Fee Penalty: A mandatory late charge of Rs. 3,500/- applies to overdue accounts.
1-Day Permanent Data Purge: Unpaid accounts are permanently purged and deleted exactly one (1) day after the expiration timestamp.
Restoration Fee: Pre-purge account recovery incurs a non-negotiable restoration administrative fee of Rs. 10,000/-.

6. Domain Renewal Expiry Policy & ICANN Guidelines

Domain name management (.com, .net, .org, .pk) follows standard global policies regulated by ICANN International Standards.

No Post-Expiry Auto-Renewal: Domain renewal before expiration remains the sole responsibility of the customer.
Loss of Domain Rights: Expired domains enter redemption status, and Hosting & Domain is not liable for domain loss or auction snipes.

7. Exclusion of Backup Liability & Customer Data

According to these Hosting & Domain terms and conditions, Hosting & Domain does not guarantee automated backups. Clients maintain exclusive responsibility for keeping independent offline database backups and website snapshots.

8. Legal Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

The customer agrees to indemnify Hosting & Domain, Syed’s Group, and Syed's Marketing against any claims, damages, or financial loss arising from network outages, data destruction, or misuse of server resources.
