We operate on a mandatory, zero-refund policy across every solution line. Once an order is placed, an invoice is generated, or a automated system provisioning routine is initiated, no cash refunds, partial returns, merchant chargebacks, account credits, or service swaps will be executed under any conditions.

• Shared & Cloud Web Hosting: Storage allocations, memory (RAM), processing units (CPU), and cPanel or Control Panel licensing assigned to your account through Hosting & Domain cannot be refunded or transferred once setup is complete.
• VPS & Dedicated Servers: Enterprise cloud instances and dedicated bare-metal servers require specialized operating system setups, dedicated IP routing, and physical rack allocations. Due to the high operational costs incurred by Syed's Group and Syed's Marketing to provision these environments, server deployments are strictly non-refundable once activated.
• Automated Renewals & Pre-paid Cycles: Clients are responsible for managing their billing cycles and canceling auto-renewal options prior to invoice generation dates. Payments made for upcoming hosting cycles, semi-annual plans, or annual hosting agreements cannot be refunded after the payment has processed.

Bandwidth locking, IP reputation building, and server warming costs are non-recoverable, rendering all SMTP server purchases 100% final.
• Digital Campaign Management (Pakistan & Global): Custom email marketing pipelines, audience targeting tools, and digital outreach services engineered by Syed's Marketing involve immediate labor, software licensing, and cloud pipeline allocation. Payments made toward marketing retainers or campaign setups are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Network Integrity, Anti-SPAM Rules, and Account Termination

Maintaining peak IP reputation, server uptime, and operational security across our international data centers is the core priority of Hosting & Domain, Syed's Group, and Syed's Marketing. To protect our network ecosystem, all clients must strictly observe our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

• Prohibited Software & Illegal Content: The hosting, installation, or transmission of nulled software scripts, pirated digital media, cracked plugins, copyright-infringing content, phishing portals, or malicious code on any Hosting & Domain server is strictly forbidden.
