To protect web hosting infrastructure and guarantee a safe environment for all users, every client, system administrator, and developer using our servers must follow the terms in this Acceptable Use Policy. Utilizing any service managed by Hosting & Domain signifies complete agreement to these terms.

1. General Conduct and Prohibited Content

All web hosting services provided by Hosting & Domain must be used strictly for lawful operational purposes. In accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, hosting or distributing the following content is prohibited:

• Copyright & Intellectual Property Violations: Storing or distributing pirated software, copyrighted media, trade secrets, or trademarked material without explicit legal ownership.
• Malicious Software & Malware: Hosting or executing code designed to compromise networks, including Trojan horses, spyware, ransomware, worms, rootkits, or botnet nodes.
• Illegal Activity: Storing or linking to unlawful material, hate speech, severe harassment, violent threats, or illegal adult content.

2. Server Stability & Fair Resource Usage Policy

To maintain server performance across hardware owned by Syed’s Group & Syed’s Marketing, our Acceptable Use Policy requires fair resource allocation across all web hosting accounts:

• Server Resource Abuse: Running persistent background scripts or automated tasks that cause extreme CPU, RAM, or I/O spikes degrading performance for shared web hosting clients.
• Unlawful File Sharing: Using server bandwidth for unauthorized P2P torrenting, warez indexing, or file-hosting networks.
• Anonymous Proxies & Public VPNs: Operating open proxy nodes, public VPN gateways, or TOR relays designed to anonymize abusive internet traffic.

3. Anti-Spam & Email Marketing Rules

Hosting & Domain maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy under this Acceptable Use Policy. Email senders must adhere to the following rules:

• Explicit Opt-In Permission: Sending commercial emails only to users who have given clear, verifiable permission to join your list.
• Unsubscribe Mechanisms: Including an active, single-click "Unsubscribe" link in all transactional and broadcast emails.
• No Header Spoofing: Falsifying routing headers or forging sender domain addresses is an immediate violation of network access.
• Prohibition of Scraped Lists: Importing or emailing purchased, scraped, or third-party email lists will result in instant mail port suspension.

4. Domain Registration & Management Guidelines

Domain name registrations managed through Hosting & Domain must comply with standard Acceptable Use Policy conditions:

• Providing updated, truthful, and active WHOIS contact information at all times.
• Refraining from registering domain names intended for trademark infringement, brand impersonation, or cybersquatting.
• Acknowledging that domains participating in phishing schemes, fraud, or malware distribution will be suspended immediately without notice.

5. Security Maintenance & Account Protection

Account holders are responsible for securing their web hosting environments, installed scripts, and server access keys:

• Credential Protection: Utilizing strong, multi-character passwords to protect control panel access and API keys.
• Regular Updates: Keeping CMS applications (WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento), themes, and plugins updated to prevent exploits.
• Prohibited Probing: Scanning, testing vulnerabilities, or attempting unauthorized access to servers owned by Syed’s Group & Syed’s Marketing will result in immediate IP banning and legal action.

6. Violations and Policy Enforcement

Failure to comply with any part of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in enforcement action by Hosting & Domain:

• Official administrative warnings sent via registered account email.
• Temporary suspension of web hosting accounts, email ports, or DNS resolution.
• Permanent account termination without financial refund based on violation severity.
